About
I graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at the University of Zagreb, and I've been building my career at the intersection of technology, business and community.
Today I run Speck, an IT agency building digital solutions for a wide range of clients, while also running my own business KAJUŠKA, focused on consulting, education and content production.
Outside of IT, I serve as President of Sustainable Development Forum Green Window, an NGO where we've spent years working on youth and sustainability projects.
I believe technology and social responsibility aren't separate worlds. They work best in tandem.
Everything I do comes down to a couple of things: making it concrete, useful and worth something.

Expertise
I lead the development of digital products from idea, strategy and business model through to launch, including web and mobile apps, ERP systems and platforms.
I run workshops for teams and individuals on how to practically and concretely use AI in everyday work, but also what the risks are and where we need to be careful. We work on real examples, problems and tools that participants can start applying the very next day.
I work with companies on digitizing processes, adopting new tools and changing how they operate. From auditing the current state to implementation in the fewest steps possible, without the classic consulting fluff.
I create content strategies and produce social media content that tells a story, that I'd actually consume myself, and that doesn't sound like something AI just spat out.
I give talks and run workshops on product management, digital transformation, AI and entrepreneurship. I've done dozens, maybe over a hundred, speaking engagements, from local meetups to international conferences.
